More memories of Retired SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam...
1. I tried to impress him by stating the facts that many of my relatives have married inter caste marriage. Like Panagudi Paramasivan who married a BC caste Moopanar half Christian half Hindu woman, or Tuticorin Palani younger brother of Tambaram Uma Akka who married a Pentecost Nadar woman or my maternal uncle Chennai Adayar Retired Canara Bank Regional Managers second daughter who married CSI Protestant Christian Nadar at USA or my ex machinar N Ramasubramanian who married a Scheduled Tribe woman from Kerala Subbulakshmi Kuravan Kurathi caste and so many other examples I gave to my ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam. All above facts did not impress him.
2. I used to call him to my house just for Friendly relationship or free wheeling talks. "Madhiyadhaar Thalai Vasal Midhikka Vendam" he concluded the invitation with such Avvaiyar words.
3. When i was on official tour to NTPC Vindhyachal NTPC Rihand for more than 10 days, night 2 am 3 am Muthu Lakshmi my wife received phone calls anonymous from unknown numbers. She informed me this at Thendral Nagar house, year 2012. Immediately I went to my ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam house inside BHEL Ranipet Township to explain the happenings, events and my wife Muthu Lakshmi NOT safe or targetted by some Lorry Driver phone call. I also got angry with my entry mate Chandramouli Engine Fitter ATT13 ex Indian Air Force Sergeant about this anonymous phone calls at night 2am 3 am... He couldn't understand my emotions. SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam also couldn't understand my emotions. They all thought my wife Muthu Lakshmi is safe or NOT called by any anonymous phone number stating Lorry Driver. They all took it very lightly.
4. SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam told me, Pasupathi there is NO NEED to travel to NTPC Vindhyachal NTPC Rihand too much distance, 3 days train travel, and put your wife to risk. You must give a written statement that on your own wish and will only you are going on tours. This is a very positive step or action by BHEL Ranipet Managers because the rumours and bad name gained by either Muthu Lakshmi or myself in the past 20 years Indian Air Force days at 3 Base Repair Depot Chandigarh (years 1999 to 2005) traveled till BHEL Ranipet year 2012...
5. After reporting the mid night Lorry Driver anonymous phone calls to my wife Muthu Lakshmi whose phone number Nokia button phone is usually very easily seen by many because of the BHEL Ranipet DAV school identity card worn by our daughter Sooryavelaa which mandatorily carries both phone numbers of husband and wife father and mother on the identity card or if I remember correct, I gave my wife Muthu Lakshmi Nokia button phone number only on the identity card of our daughter Sooryavelaa studying class 1 to Class 5 at DAV BHEL Ranipet School inside the Township. Because 10 to 15 days I will be on Tour to NTPC Vindhyachal NTPC Rihand on official tours. So any safety needs of school going toddler our daughter Sooryavelaa can be attended by mother Muthu Lakshmi only immediately. So I gave Muthu Lakshmi mobile phone number on the identity card of our daughter Sooryavelaa. This easily available mobile phone number of my wife may be seen by School Can Driver or others who tried to call my wife Muthu Lakshmi in the name of Lorry Driver at 2am or 3 am.
After reporting such matters at the house of my ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam I felt easy or relieved that some kind of safety may be available to my wife Muthu Lakshmi and my daughter Sooryavelaa when I will be on tours to NTPC Vindhyachal NTPC Rihand.
6. After 2012 I gave written statements that every tour undertaken by K Pasupathi myself is on my own self interest. Because this way I wanted to keep working for the BHEL Ranipet company so that at least some useful work is delivered. Because commercial Department BHEL Ranipet heavily dependent on official tours for collection of money like Letter of Credit LC or MRC or EDST or Road Permit Forms etc.
7. I must be Thankful & show gratitude to my ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam for his 9 marks out of 10 marks for the assessment period of Probation period years 2011 and 2012. Later on I don't know what type of marks i received.
8. I also must be Thankful and show gratitude for the fact that only one time ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam gave me Air Ticket to Varanasi from Chennai through Kolkata. There was official Car from my house to Chennai Airport also arranged by ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam. This was my first and last Air travel for offical works at BHEL Ranipet.
9. All the Tours & Travels allowances Travel Duty allowance claims were signed by ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam without much questions or enquiries or doubts. Thanks a TON for my ex boss for this.
10. Three years 2012 to 2015 relationship with ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam slowly and steadily deteriorated because of Liaison Unit Vigilance Department reports about K Pasupathi and his emails. Same kind of Vigilance Department reports also being submitted for ex Sergeant Chandramouli also.
11. SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam asked me to write self attested reports on A4 paper regarding what K Pasupathi thinks of himself and what his friends or relatives thinks of K Pasupathi. Whether he needed the information officially or unofficially I don't know. But I immediately wrote the self attested reports on A4 paper. Two sheets i wrote and gave it to him.
12. What K Pasupathi thinks of himself and what his friends thinks of K Pasupathi are even now important questions with lot many surprises and lot many bomb blasts.
13. What K Pasupathi thinks of himself and what his relatives thinks of K Pasupathi are again lot many surprises and Bomb blasts even now.
14. Three years Boss and Subordinate relationship, 3 years data collection about K Pasupathi all resulted in political movement of K Pasupathi towards Late SDGM M Mani son of Munusamy.
15. Political Movement of K Pasupathi to SDGM M Mani was planned as aggression, master plan to create kind of embarassment or family problems to K Pasupathi.
16. Sankaran Iyer and Muthukumar both colleagues at BHEL Ranipet Commercial Department immediately warned K Pasupathi about the bad name of SDGM M Mani and his activities.
17. "Beauty is Dangerous" these words of warnings given by Sankaran Iyer and Muthukumar.
18. Even though I understood their warnings i didn't take much precautions.
19. I had 4000% Trust Faith on Muthu Lakshmi. This was proved to be big mistake and wrong from my part.
20. January 2025 onwards Muthu Lakshmi started falling heavily towards the charms of Late SDGM M Mani ( he already died inside Chennai Puzhal Jail by Suicide or Police attacks).
21. July 2015 my ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam informed me "Kanden Seethaiyai" indirect words towards status of Muthu Lakshmi.
22. February 2015 ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam called me on phone when I was at Bhubaneswar Odisha Railway Station. He asked how are you Pasupathi? Where are you? Coded words to indicate fall of Muthu Lakshmi towards Late SDGM M Mani son of Munusamy (he is already dead inside Chennai Puzhal Jail).
23. February 2015 same date same time around 3pm to 5pm Bhubaneswar Odisha Railway Station where just I was catching my Train to Chennai N Ramasubramanian my ex machinar called me on phone ....Ashwin irukkana....again coded words...
24. February 2015 next date around 2pm i bought one kg cashew nuts at Palasa Railway Station Andhra Pradesh and Orissa Border. Cheated. Fraud. Only top layer of the bag contained good cashews. Inside the pack all cashews are bad. Rejected quality. Handed over this one kg cashew nuts to Muthu Lakshmi. This is confirmation by God about all the secret activities started by Muthu Lakshmi with SDGM M Mani son of Munusamy (he is dead now inside Chennai Puzhal Jail on Goondas Act for rape and murder of my wife Muthu Lakshmi).
25. Till now we talked about K Pasupathi.....we will talk about wife of K Pasupathi that is Muthu Lakshmi soon after 2016... These were the words spoken by ex boss SDGM Charles Gandhi Parimalam during April 2016.

27. Personal Assistant or Personal Secretary or Steno Typist or PA to General Manager Santhana Gopala Krishnan Iyengar Fans Engineering Department BHEL Ranipet took advantage of all above activities of Muthu Lakshmi and joined with Velappadi Vallalar Vellore K Stalin and Retired AGM M Selvam towards video tape of activities of Muthu Lakshmi and blackmailing of Muthu Lakshmi towards group sex etc from April 2016 to September 2016.
28. PA Steno Typist Stephan BHEL Ranipet Narasingapuram is also arrested two times. Now he is on Goondas Act inside Chennai Puzhal Jail or Vellore Jail for group sex & video & sharing video & gang rape involvement etc. He may die soon. What are the charges on him or what are the mistakes done by him thoroughly I don't know.
29. PA Steno Typist Stephan BHEL Ranipet Narasingapuram Dalit SC person how much he is friend of Natarajan Pachaiyappa Mudaliyar or Charles Gandhi Parimalam these details I don't know much. But they were all talking & doing the wrong things.
30. Ponnai Inspector SMurugesan died. SDGM M Mani died.
Stephan may die soon inside Jail.
Rest many people / Animals are there. Whenever details emerge,
I will write here soon.
