When i was being trained at Indian Air Force Tambaram for 2 years, we were exposed to more Sun Light
due to PT, Parade on open grounds.

Due to exposure to Sun Light, the Herpes Virus comes out from the body along the nerves area,
esp. at the sides of spinal cord and at forehead etc.

This white pustules of transparent muthu muthu viyarkuru are itching, when you scratch them, it creates more Akki near by.

Eating Chicken, Mutton, Eggs, Fish further aggravates the flare up of Akki - the Herpes Zoster.

Akki attacks a man if he contracted Ammai Noi when he was a child.

Many in Tamilnadu might have gone through the ordeal of Ammai Veppu Noi....

So, the second out break of Ammai Veppu Noi is the Akki, especially if you work in open sun area.

Many medications, escape routes available for Akki, which i came to know at Tambaram - year 1991 - 93.

Method 3.
The Akki or the Herpes is a virus that is present in all human bodies. 
It comes out / wakes up to cause discomfort, fever, itching, pustules etc., due to exposure to Sun.

So, the DNA of the Akki germs can be attacked by

  * eating neem leaves - specially the kozhundhu tip area
  * eating katralai - the inside nungu - to kill germs
  * applying virali manjal araithathu - apply the manjal paste on affected area for 40 days
  * 1 mandalam = 40 days, the application of araitha virali manjal paste applied on akki affected areas can cure the herpes disease at the microbial, mitocondrial level, nano level, DNA level so that the germ's willpower to cause problem to your body vanishes.
 

Method 4.
Avoid chickens, especially broiler chicken on which antobiotics applied.

This causes pearl shaped pimples to appear, pustule that burst and cause itching.

Avoid all Lagaan Eggs.
Avoid Fishes.
Avoid Milk, Milk products.
Avoid working in open sun light areas
Wear only loose fitting, light color clothes like yellow, cream, white, blue colors.
Take bath twice a day.
Eat healthy food like naattuk kozhi [organic farm chickens]
nattu kozhi muttai = not broiler eggs

Method 5
Application of Vaeppa Ennai on affected parts, so that they will never come again.

Conclusion:-
Visiting only English Doctor, taking only Zovirax, Acyclvir, Velacyclovir etc., may not cure any person's Herpes recurrent attacks.

Falling back to our age old homeo siddha paatti vaithiyam can help kill the germs at its DNA level.
